HOSPITALITY DESIGN – RESTAURANT & WINERY
The Blind Horse Terrace

THE BLIND HORSE
TERRACE
The Blind Horse Terrace introduces a new kind of hospitality experience to Kohler, bringing the character of wine country to this Wisconsin destination.
Across two levels, bar and dining spaces move naturally between indoors and out. The lower-level Terrace Bar opens directly to the patio through expansive hydraulic doors, bringing the energy of the bar outdoors. Upstairs, the Lookout offers a more intimate setting with expansive windows and doors overlooking the patio.
At the center, a sculptural spiral staircase rises through the silo, creating a memorable connection between the two levels. Warm woods, blackened steel, and textured tile establish a layered material palette that brings richness and character throughout.
Together, these elements transform The Terrace into an immersive extension of The Blind Horse, where architecture, interiors, and landscape work together to make the entire property part of the experience.
