The Car Condo is an award-winning Elkhart Lake car condo located near Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Designed around our clients’ passion for motorsports, the renovation transforms the space into a refined modern industrial retreat.

Architecture and interiors were developed together around the experience of the space itself. An open main level brings the kitchen and garage together, while a loft above creates a separate place to gather and unwind.

Blackened steel, exposed brick, and warm wood establish the industrial character, balanced by refined finishes and unexpected details. Overhead, a vintage canoe transformed into a sculptural light fixture becomes one of the project's defining features.

The result is a luxury car condo equally suited to race weekends, entertaining, and time spent off the track.
