Calm In The Kettles

Calm in the Kettles is a 7,080 SF country estate set across rolling acreage in Wisconsin’s Kettle Moraine. A turret, wraparound porch, and layered gables give the home its traditional character, while weathered shingles, natural stone, and charcoal metal roofing create a material palette that feels at home in the rural landscape.

Despite its scale, the home maintains a sense of warmth and approachability. Gathering spaces open toward the surrounding acreage, while a three-season porch creates a closer connection to the countryside. Together, the architecture and materials give the home the presence of a country estate without losing the relaxed character of its setting.
