Inside our Briarwood renovation project, tradition sharpens into something bolder. A curved staircase makes the first move, custom cabinetry raises the standard, and the kitchen doubles down with a granite island and bespoke wood bar. Downstairs, late nights belong to a private theater and an industrial-inspired bar—spaces built for energy, not pretense.

But Briarwood isn’t finished. Phase 2 is on the drawing board, and it’s set to push this project beyond the walls: a pool, a pool house, a putting course, fire-lit gathering spaces. The next evolution is taking shape.

For now, Briarwood stands as a story in progress—proof that even in Kohler, where tradition runs deep, there’s always room for reinvention.
